Mission Statement

Our aim is to provide the very best educational experience for all of our young people, irrespective of background or circumstance.  Our mission is to recruit high class graduates with the potential to become excellent teachers, who are prepared to work hard, are ambitious about their professional development and are driven to provide the highest quality education.  We seek individuals who will make a real difference to the lives of the young people and families we serve.

Teaching is a demanding and highly rewarding profession.  We at the Bracknell Forest Partnership are committed to providing our trainee teachers with an outstanding training, development and well-being programme.  If you possess the qualities above and have the necessary skills and experience, we look forward to your application.

Garth Hill College is the lead school in the Bracknell Forest Partnership and works in a consortium with other primary and secondary schools in the Bracknell Forest area. We are offering two School Direct programmes, a salaried route and a training route. The School Direct training route offers the opportunity to take a PGCE with the University of Reading.

If you are changing career and are a graduate with three or more years’ work experience, then you may consider applying for the School Direct Training Programme (salaried).
